The enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia to lease an approximately 21.8-acre parcel from Tinicum Township in Delaware County next to Philadelphia International Airport.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property and the Director of Commerce, acting on behalf of the City of Philadelphia to enter into a lease agreement with Tinicum Township, Delaware County, for the lease from Tinicum Township of an approximately 21.8 acre parcel of land adjacent to Philadelphia International Airport which is currently intended for use as a safety area at the end of a runway, under certain terms and conditions.
