This lapsed bill would have allowed the Department of Licenses and Inspections to suspend a food license for up to 120 days when a licensee received two or more cease operations orders within any 12-month period.
Amending Section 6-103 of The Philadelphia Code entitled "Penalties and Cease Operations Orders" to authorize the Department of Licenses and Inspection to suspend for up to 120 days the food license of any licensee that receives two or more cease operations orders in any twelve month period; all under certain terms and conditions.
