This enacted ordinance allows Philadelphia to immobilize or tow a vehicle when it has three or more delinquent parking tickets or automated red-light camera violation notices, after the required notice period.
Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Traffic Code," to include violations issued pursuant to an automated red light camera enforcement system as a basis for immobilization and impoundment of vehicle; provide for fees for additional fees for failure to respond to violations issued pursuant to an automated red light camera enforcement system.
