This enacted bill amended Philadelphia’s zoning code by deleting a provision that allowed buildings on C-4 commercial lots in the area bounded by Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Vine Street, Water Street, and Summer Street to have floor area equal to 700% of the lot’s area.
Amending Section 14-305 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "'C-4' Commercial and 'C-5' Commercial Districts," by deleting the provision that increased the permitted floor area of lots designated "C-4" in the area bounded by Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Vine Street, Water Street and Summer Street.
