This enacted bill approves moving $3.5 million in capital loan funds authorized in 2004 from the “Parks, Recreation and Museums” category to “Municipal Buildings.” It changes how the City may use those borrowed funds for capital purposes.

This lapsed bill would have authorized Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to lease about 58.8 acres at 7800 Penrose Ferry Road to the Philadelphia Municipal Authority.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a lease agreement with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority for further sublease to Philadelphia Biosolids Services, LLC., a certain portion of a parcel of ground located at 7800 Penrose Ferry Road; all under certain terms and conditions.
