This lapsed bill would have limited all permitted vendor locations on both sides of Eleventh Street between Arch Street and Chestnut Street to vendors licensed to sell prepared food.
Amending the Ordinance approved January 3, 1992 (Bill No. 1205-AA), which, pursuant to subsection 9-204(8)(a) of The Philadelphia Code, designates the locations in Center City at which vending is permitted, by providing that all permitted vendor locations on both sides of Eleventh Street between Arch Street and Chestnut Street shall be assigned only to vendors licensed to sell prepared food, all under certain terms and conditions.
