This adopted resolution authorizes the City’s Public Property Commissioner to transfer conditional ownership of the City-owned properties at 1002 and 1004 Mount Vernon Street to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority without payment.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Fourteenth Ward of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvement in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code.

The adopted resolution approves a redevelopment contract and disposition plan for five properties in the Brewerytown Urban Renewal Area: 3018 Redner Street and 1423, 1435, 1447, and 1451 North 30th Street.
Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Brewerytown Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 19, 20, 21, 22 & 23 also sometimes identified by respective house numbers and street addresses for Parcel No. 19 as 3018 Redner street, for Parcel No. 20 as 1423 North Thirtieth street, for Parcel No. 21 as 1435 North Thirtieth street, for Parcel No. 22 as 1447 North Thirtieth street and for Parcel No. 23 as 1451 North Thirtieth street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.
