Transmitting a bill authorizing the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, notwithstanding any contrary requirements of the Philadelphia Industrial and Commercial Development Agreement between the City, the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation and PAID, to convey fee simple title to a certain property located in the vicinity of Sixty-First Street and Eastwick Avenue to the Philadelphia Regional Port Authority, for a total consideration of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00), under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development.

This adopted resolution authorizes the City’s Public Property Commissioner to transfer conditional ownership of certain City-owned vacant lots and buildings in the 25th and 31st Wards to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority without payment.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Twenty-fifth, and Thirty-first Wards of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvement in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code.
