This lapsed bill would have amended Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to prohibit vendors and other people from displaying, offering for sale, or selling washing machines, clothes dryers, refrigerators, ice boxes, or other household appliances larger than one cubic foot on city sidewalks.
