This enacted ordinance authorizes the Board of Surveyors to remove Strahle Street between Pine Road and the Philadelphia-Montgomery County line, along with a northeastward stub of Rockwell Avenue, from the City Plan.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 347 and 350 by striking from the City Plan Strahle Street from Pine Road to the Philadelphia & Montgomery County Line and striking from the City Plan a certain stub portion of Rockwell Avenue which extends northeastwardly from said Strahle Street, under certain terms and conditions.

The enacted ordinance excludes certain investment companies and certain general partners or managing members from Philadelphia’s definition of a taxable business, when their activities and income meet specified conditions.
Amending Chapters 19-2600, 19-1500, and 19-2800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled, respectively, "Business Privilege Taxes," "Wage and Net Profits Tax," and "Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority Tax on Wages and Net Profits," by providing certain exclusions and revising certain definitions, all under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted ordinance amended an earlier ordinance concerning the removal and vacation of portions of Casper Street and Russell Street, abandonment of a drainage right-of-way, and reservation of rights-of-way for water, drainage, and utility purposes.
Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 070504) approved July 3, 2007, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 197 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of Casper Street from Tioga Street to Russell Street, striking from the City Plan Russell Street from Casper Street southeastwardly approximately three-hundred ten feet to a dead end, and striking from the City Plan and abandoning a certain drainage right-of-way, and by reserving and placing on the City Plan rights-of-way for water main purposes, drainage purposes, and public utility purposes within the beds of the streets being stricken by authority of this Ordinance, if necessary, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein.
