The adopted resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer, without payment, conditional ownership of the City-owned property at 2013 South 8th Street to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Thirty-ninth Ward of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvements in accordance with the terms of Chapter l6-400 of The Philadelphia Code.

Amending Section 17-107 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Contractors: Labor-Management Relationships," to provide that building service employees performing labor under certain building service contracts, receive the prevailing wage and prevailing working conditions; and to provide for certain exemptions or exclusions, all under certain terms and conditions.
