The adopted resolution expresses Philadelphia City Council’s support for federal House Bill 922 and Senate Bill 1156, which were pending in Congress and would, if enacted, allow certain public school rehabilitation projects under public-private partnerships to qualify for a federal rehabilitation tax credit.
