Philadelphia City Council adopted a resolution also naming Almond Street between Venango and Pickwick Streets “Storm The Heavens Way.” The name honors Philomena “Bean” Stendardo and recognizes the community’s efforts to support research into diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma, a childhood brain tumor.
