To authorize the Water Commissioner on behalf of the City to enter into agreements with the owners of the properties and their successors of a "L" shaped private street known as "Paleski Road" that begins southeasterly of Schuylkill Nature Center's Property, approximately 489 feet southeasterly of Hagy's Mill road, thence in a southeasterly direction for approximately 137 feet and continuing in a southwesterly direction for approximately 635 feet for the grant of a right-of-way to the City for water main purposes.
