This enacted bill changed the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for land bounded by Pennsylvania Avenue, Twentieth Street, the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, and Twenty-first Street.
To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps, by changing the zoning designations of land located within an area bounded by Pennsylvania Avenue, Twentieth Street, the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, and Twenty-first Street from partly Class "REC" Recreational and partly Class "R-15" Residential to a single designation of Class "REC" Recreational, under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted measure amended Philadelphia’s zoning code to define a “gun shop” as a retail store that sells, leases, purchases, or lends firearms or ammunition.
Amending Section 14-1605 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulated Uses," by adding a definition for "Gun shop" and designating gun shops as regulated uses, all under certain terms and conditions.
