The adopted resolution authorizes City Council’s Legislative Oversight Committee to hold public hearings about how the Zoning Board of Adjustment conducts hearings, reviews cases, and makes decisions.

The lapsed bill would have amended Philadelphia’s business privilege tax rules to give qualified surety companies a tax credit for issuing performance or payment construction bonds to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
