The enacted ordinance makes written Philadelphia police reports about motor-vehicle accidents confidential and generally unavailable to the public, except for people who must receive them under Pennsylvania law.

The enacted ordinance requires bouncers at covered drinking establishments and special assembly venues to complete approved third-party training and register with the City within 45 days of being hired.
