December 05, 2025 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 1437, 1438, 1539, 1544, 1546, and 1610 Ogden St; 863 N 15th St; 841, 845, and 851 N 16th Street located in the 5th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code. This bill amends a previous ordinance to continue a housing plan that helps with affordable housing, home repairs, and neighborhood improvements. The plan is financed by the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, which will issue bonds to pay for these programs. The city will pay back the costs of the plan through a service agreement.
