This bill would authorize the Parks and Recreation Commissioner to enter into a multiyear agreement with Broad Street Love Park, LLC to design, build, manage, and operate a food and beverage concession in Love Park’s Welcome Center Building, known as the “Saucer.” The proposed agreement would begin June 29, 2026, run for five years with a possible five-year renewal, and require the concessionaire to make improvements and pay an annual fee, with no financial obligation for the City.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a multiyear agreement with Broad Street Love Park, LLC for the design, construction, management and operation of a food and beverage concession at the Welcome Center Building (“Saucer”) in Love Park, all under certain terms and conditions.
