This enacted ordinance increases the amount any entity may receive from Philadelphia’s Recreation Assistance Program, administered by the Philadelphia Activities Fund, from $5,000 to $6,500 in a fiscal year.

This enacted measure expands the area where sidewalk sales are prohibited on both sides of Comly Road, extending the restriction from Caroline Road to Roosevelt Boulevard.
Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by revising and expanding an existing area in which sidewalk sales are prohibited so as to prohibit sidewalk sales on both sides of Comly road, as extended from Caroline road to Roosevelt boulevard, all under certain terms and conditions.
