The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to add a roughly 30-by-20-foot right-of-way near the southwest end of Parker Avenue, southwest of Umbria Street, for water main purposes and to accept the property owner’s grant of that right-of-way.

This lapsed bill would have required Philadelphia city websites and online services—including applications, payments, service requests, and vendor transactions—to work with and be optimized for the four most widely used internet browsers.
Amending Title 21 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Miscellaneous," by requiring that all City of Philadelphia websites can be used with, and all online interactions and transactions with the City can be performed on, multiple widely-used internet browsers; that such websites, interactions, and transactions be optimized for use with these browsers; and that the City report on the implementation of these changes; all under certain terms and conditions.
