This enacted bill authorizes the President of the Fairmount Park Commission and the Executive Director of Fairmount Park to enter into a lease for Franklin Square, the parcel bounded by 6th Street, 7th Street, Race Street, and the Vine Street Expressway.

Amending Section 14-1605 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulated Uses," by providing for Special Regulated Uses, prohibiting such uses in the vicinity of certain residentially related uses, and designating overflow storage tanks as a special regulated use, all under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s Health Code to require food establishments that sell non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food to ensure that people preparing the food wear protective gloves and a suitable head covering or hair restraint.
Amending Title 6 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Health Code," by providing that all persons engaged in the preparation of food and especially those in the fast food establishments shall wear protective gloves and wear a suitable head covering or hair restraint to protect the food from contamination.
